Glassworks
Glassworks Building One is an 80,000 sq ft commercial development and Ireland's first co-located university enterprise quarter.
Located on the historic site of the former Waterford Crystal manufacturing facility, it marks the first phase of a 37-acre enterprise and innovation campus adjacent to South East Technological University (SETU). The development is expected to become home to around 800 employees, with the wider campus ultimately supporting up to 6,000 people.
Delivered by OfficeMaster, the space was created to provide a welcoming destination where current and prospective tennants can meet, collaborate and confidently host clients, visitors and collegues.
To support this vision, Senator's furniture solutions were selected to create a workplace that balances comfort, functionality and flexibility.

Ad-Lib Tables bring versatility to the environment, enabling the marketing suite to seamlessley transition between presentations, workshops, meetings and collaborative sessions.
Together, these carefully selected Senator products create an adaptable, contemporary workplace that reflects the ambition of the Glassworks developement.
